Responsible for overseeing and coordinating highway projects, feasibility studies, subdivision/site projects, drainage studies and hydraulic projects, detailed construction drawings and cost estimates.

James R. Huitger - 31 years experience which includes numerous stormwater/hydraulic projects involving HEC-1 & HEC-2 and HEC-RAS analysis, water distribution and wastewater collection systems, and Stormwater master planning. Also has considerable experience in roadway design projects. Has been responsible for design and plan preparation of a $5 million dollar streetscape improvement in the Village of Evendale.

Daniel J. Binz, P.S. - Dan is Director of Surveying Services at Professional Engineering Group, LLC. and has 31 years experience in the field of surveying. His experience includes office and field positions for topographical, land and geodetic surveying as well as construction stakeout. Dan is competent in preparing record plats, doing ALTA surveys, and has considerable field experience in both land surveying and construction stakeout. Dan is responsible for four (4) field survey crews.

James R. Jeffers, P.E. - James has 20 years experience in the management and design of various park & recreation, civil, highway, bridge, and traffic engineering projects. Experience also includes construction management of civil and building projects. James serves as a Project Manager and is responsible for the implementation of various projects from preliminary planning through construction management and been involved in the development of several street maintenance programs for various local governments.

Kenneth E. Sands, P.E. - Ken has 12 years experience in the design of various civil, highway, bridge, and traffic engineering projects. Ken serves as a Project Manager and is responsible for the implementation of various projects from preliminary planning through final design.
